Blend the award-winning Manic® Mixer/Pastel-izer with any colour to achieve a lighter, pastel tint that is totally on-trend. This product works best when you use a whole jar of Pastelizer with just a few drops of your desired colour.

The infamous Manic Panic hair dye. Created by New York sisters Tish and Snooky Bellomo. For over 40 years, their hair colours have always been Vegan and Cruelty Free.

The products are also Paraben-free, Gluten-free, Ammonia-free, Resorcinol-free, PPD-free and Phthalate-free. Ready to use, do not mix with peroxide.
