Hot Hot Pink is cool-toned medium neon pink hair dye that glows vibrantly under black lights when dyed on the lightest level 10 blonde hair. For deeper pink hues, this can also be used on virgin, unbleached hair.

The infamous Manic Panic hair dye. Created by New York sisters Tish and Snooky Bellomo. For over 40 years, their hair colours have always been Vegan and Cruelty Free.
